As a PASIC 2023 Logistics Team Product Donor, your company Name and/or Logo will be listed in the PASIC 2023 Program, along with product donation if submitted by the deadline of September 29, 2023.

In an effort to streamline this process for everyone involved, we ask that you fill out the following form, providing us with information on what you will be donating. Once onsite at PASIC, please bring the items to the Logistics room or provide a voucher for the logistics team member to contact you at a later date for the donation.

Please note: The raffle takes place Saturday evening, after the expo hall has closed. A voucher may require shipping your donation to the individual.
