I UNDERSTAND that should the above listed student[s] be selected for the Missouri All-State Percussion Ensemble, a certified school faculty member or administrator must be present during the entirety of all MSHSAA Sanctioned events. Interpretation of MSHSAA By-Law 1.3.1: "No student, team, or activities group shall be permitted to participate in interscholastic events without being accompanied and supervised by a member of the school faculty or administrative staff."
